It was a flawless experience from beginning to end. We will most certainly return.

I recently stayed at Maani Muscat Hotel, and overall, my experience was exceeded our expectation. The hotel rooms were brilliant – spacious, clean, and well-kept. The staff were courteous, attentive, helpful and I truly appreciated their efforts to promote Omani culture, which added a nice local touch to the experience. Breakfast was very tasty and they offered a large array of both savoury and sweet food.

Location… size of the room spacious… comfortable bed …. There is massage service in the hotel, the specialist was so experienced and she used lots of techniques during the session. If you stay there I would recommend to try it out!

This property wowed me. All members of my family were extremely happy of the level of service (especially the valet service for the car and luggage), the cleanliness and the pool area. I will now only stay at this hotel when I'm in Muscat.

Perfect position, close to Airport, highways and everything is in 10-30 minutes distance. Stuff very helpful. From Concierge Ahmed and Ali is very helpful and very quick to provide any additional requests. Additional thanks to Junaid he was very supportive to manage parking lot and entrance. Also when we leaving he helped to bring our car to entrance.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 nights. Check in and checkout was fast. I came around 9:30 pm and left around 6:15 am. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, 2 toilets and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a big refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine as well. The living room has a sitting area and dining table, TV and PS5. You need to ask reception to provide you with the PS5 controllers. Internet access was decent as well. I ordered food on my 1st day and my kids did not enjoy it. Breakfast is above average with multiple choices. Kids also enjoyed the pool very much !!

We arrived at 11 30 pm. Vibrant reception with many seating options. Smooth easy and fast check in. Room is spacious with a big bed and comfortable mattress and pillow. The paillow is exceptionally comfortable. Clean rooms and bathroom. Breakfast is tasty with a lot of variety. There is a seat in the shower for anyone that needs to sit. Under the nightstand there a sensors that open a minimum light once your feet touches the floor. Also in the bathroom .Nice safety precaution. I quess it keeps you in the sleepy mode since you dont have to open the lights to see your way. The rooms are totally sound proof isolating you from all sounds. You get a good night's sleep. There is a mall right next to the hotel. There are bikes for hiring

The staff, the breakfast, the pool, the rooms, kitchen amenities, toilets, bed, the view from the room, everything was good. A few things worth highlighting are: - The room service: the food was good, the price was great and they operated long into the night. Cherry on top, the guy (Ali) who delivered was lovely and made us feel at home - The golf carts at the entrance: The golf carts at the entrance going back and forth between the mall super convenient. The guy (Junaid) was super helpful and made our stay so much more enjoyable because of the ease of going back and forth.
